Extended Grief?

I lost my partner of 14 years a year ago tomorrow. Is this feeling of anxiety and being lost going to get better? I’ve sought the support of a psychiatrist and counselor and it doesn’t seem to have helped so far. I’m working and trying to care for my pets, home and myself but each day is such a struggle. Anyone else experience similar?
