As I was getting ready to start the day, I put on my flannel shirt and sweat pants and realized in that moment as the clothes wrapped tight around me i felt security and safety. It's something when little things like that show us what we are needing when we are struggling. It reminded me of a commercial about dogs that are afraid of storms. They put a jacket around their mid section and secure it. It helps calm them during the storm and they feel safe.
