i never know what is best for me

i cant see me ever getting better i use prescribed drugs for depression for 6 years plus and i have periods when the drug cons me into feeling better i slowley stop taking them cause i feel the drug is doing me harm as i feel more depressed when using. i am lucky i am almost clear of all debt i should be really happy i never cry though i feel stupid.bigger doses of drugs mean lack of control sorry i dont make much sense can some one help

I know how you feel partly. Depression sucks. I'm getting even more counseling. Can you get to the gym at all?

Why don't you go anyway ? Call a buddy. It's good for you to get out, consider it medicinal , I think what's happening to you is you take your meds. and start to feel better so you stop taking them and go right back to where you were, You are probably causing this, not the medication. If you start it again stay on it for awhile if it makes you feel better. I've been on anti depressants for 15 years with no problems.. For various reasons I have stopped taking one and switched to another several times. It works but you have to take it as it'a meant to be taken. Pam
