Feeling very low then having anxiety.

I am up and down Every day I can't stand it no more I feel like I'm Going insane ,all these bad thoughts just pop in my head making me believe my family is gona die. I feel like my world is upside down😢

Hi ju ju sorry to hear your so down unfortunately we all get periods like this if you can get to your doctor and explain how down your feeling ! I dont know where you are but i will presume in the uk ! there are people you can talk to samaritans ,breathing space and your doctors out of hours service i would like to think you will get the help you need please take care david !

I got a letter yesterday. Saying. My doctors. Has been closed down I overnight I will have to register To the new doctors. Then I heard today My Dr. Was selling drugs I don't even know if that's true or not? Ive been there for 17 years he is a really good Dr.

Hi. you know a lot of those thoughts you say just pop inside your head are simply not true. They are just there to mess with you. one way to deal with them is to challenge them by asking yourself just how valid they are. They might seem very real to you, but are they absolutely true all the time. Could you substitute in any other rational thought? This is not at all easy and will take some practice, but you can totally do it. We are how we feel and how we think. Wishing you peace and relaxation...
