Is it possible to stop rumination?

Or can I only acheive a stage where I ruminate less? I'm worried I'll always ruminate, even when I get old. I'm trying to fix it with CBT.

Is it achievable to 100% stop habitual rumination?

I would n't have thought there was much wrong with rumination altho remuneration is better. Better to ruminate when you are old than be incapable of it.

I suppose it depend what you're ruminating about but stopping it 100% sounds a bit drastic.
