Doreen remember when you were a child, you just sat quietly and maybe did a little colouring in a book, had some hot chocolate, listened to a story on the radio.

We all care about you.

Maybe you could just this once treat yourself as the child you were, be extra kind and take it slow, do some nice quiet stuff.

Its night time my love nothing you can do now, sort things out tomorrow, nothing to worry about now. Decide to let it all go for tonight, just rest.

Hi Doreen, glad you can come here to look for a bit of support, understandable that you feel unable to talk but are looking for someone who you can relate to in terms of your own experiences. I have found it helpful to find like minded people, looking for and able to give support, and hopefully you can see this here too. You are asking if anyone has been through hell as a child. I had a lot of problems growing up which eventually after speaking openly with my GP I gained some help to work through. I hope you can come back to talk if you feel able. X

Yah I kown my child hood was not nice at but u all or some of you have been though the same nrstey experience and I'm not sure how long it takes recover from shush turmeric x

I can only talk from my personal experience, and being able to ask for help was the start for me, treatments I received gave me the strength to deal with many issues and look forward more than back.

Hi Doreen! It seems the doctors don't care about the systems I have all they say I have depression but I know that weird noise coming from neck into the back of my head makes me feel unwell like very down. I really think I will make an appointment with a neurologist because it is getting worse. I even called in sick today because I can't perform well with it. I had a mri about 1 1/2 months ago to check my inner ears but there was nothing. I know it comes from my neck but no one seems to care. It is very frustrating. I have no family and friends here. My parents are in Germany and I don't want to burden them with that again.

Thank you. Also I have been through an abusive marriage. Been on my own with my son since 12 1/2 years. Nobody from work even checked on me today. They know that I have not been well for awhile :(.
