Happy new year to everyone. Hope 2015 is good for you. Whether I will be able to carry on in this state is debatable. 45 years old and my life is not worth living. I have bad anxiety loneliness depression and anger. I can see no way forward in this state. I have mental health problems also

Sorry you are so low. This time of year does bring things very much to the forefront of our minds and it can be an extremely hard time I know.
