i've been advised to create a positive routine at the start of the day.

So no laying there with angry thoughts bouncing around while i wake up.

use some music while i start the day, no angry stuff of course.

tell myself to postpone the difficult decisions till later

give myself plenty of time for a leisurely unrushed start to the day.

ie do all that i can to create a better start to the day than i was going to have. After that take each part of the day at a time, making it it as good as it can be, yes some days are going to be c---p--y days, but i've been reminded that i do have some control to make them less c--p-y.

Just wondering if it would be worth keeping a type of diary of your moods so that you can help identify triggers etc...

Something like get.gg/docs/MoodDiary2.pdf

have you made a diary, to see if there is a pattern, ie linked to your periods??

Maybe write in one, just to be able to write how your feeling too, as that is one way of getting it out of your head.

If there is a pattern, then you can go to your doctor with it.

take care.

So sorry to hear this :( do you live at home ? maybe you should ask your mum for help or another family member, granny, aunty or sister ? If you have no one then go to your doctor and explain what is happening. I go to a lovely drop in centre where we all have similar mental health problems. The youngest person is 21 and the eldest is 84 ! We all rub along together very well and have a telephone network set up among ourselves if we need a friend when the centre is closed :) They give us advice on benefits, housing, legal and family matters and it is a great place to go for a chat, a bit of gossip and a laugh, and to share your problems over a nice cup of tea :) I hope you find a similar place to go where you are :) X

Hi. Please keep in mind that you are still a teenager and it's normal to feel this way to an extent.

I felt exactly like that when I was your age. There was so much repressed anger. To this day I can't believe I was so angry AAALL the time. Little things ticked me off...

It could be an underlying depression/anxiety. Or it could be that you are a natural teenager.

Have you been to see your doctor about any of this? If you are feeling angry and jealous towards people a lot then there may be something that can help you to manage those feelings.

You sound very similar to me actually and I suffered anxiety growing up, I just didn't know it at the time. I would recommend seeing your doctor.

Not what you're looking for?
