sitting in the waiting room of docs. Its pacjed in here and they all talking.

Makes me feel dizzy.

Need to speak to doc about meds.

Concentrating on using my phone.

Hi Cookie, did you get on ok at the doctors. I get anxious too when going to see the doctor, it is always so busy and noisy in there. Hope you managed to see your doc and sort out your meds.

Yes thankfully all sorted but he wants to see me again in 4 woks so the worry about going starts again. . I'm sure I never used to get so worried about things. . . Home now so feeling safe. Guessing I should eat so found a pot noodle in cupboard. . . Don't even like them but can't decide/no energy to make anything.
