Horses are fantastic for this, go for it. I worked with and owned horses all my life until I started epilepsy 6 years ago and now I am not allowed near them. But I still talk to horses over fences when I can. As I have always said horses are good for the soul. There is just something about these amazing creatures. Dogs are also fantastic, we call mine Nurse Lucy as she knows when either of us is ill, having an off day and when I am about to have a seizure she warns me. She is definitely my best friend. Plus you can tell animals everything and they don't judge you, just give you love. xx

hi Lucy thank you i think animals are great i have rabbits and a dog who give me so much love so i will try equine therapy a go sotry to hear about ur epilepsy i hope you managing to have a bit of life anyway bye for now
