Can you better describe what you think is going on? Is this something recent or covid related or has it been going on for a while? What do you think is the source of your challenges?
There are lots of web sites which address stress and anxiety if you look around. Sometimes simple lifestyle change might help. A brisk walk or a run to balance out a tough morning at work can do wonders. Getting more involved with friends in the evening can balance a tough day. Face to face human interaction really matters and that is toughie the current environment. But everyone is different and not knowing your circumstance it is hard to say.
If you think the problem is more challenging talking to a therapist might be a good idea. They combine all levels of experience and from different backgrounds and in my experience you might have to try a few to find the one you are comfortable with but that can be a big help. Your family doctor might be able to refer you to someone or look around where you live. Depending on where you are and your circumstance, insurance might or might not cover. Your family doctor can also prescribe medication. Some have side affects and some have fewer but they do work.
