I have very small, practically invisible hard lumps in the palm of my hand which sometimes hurt. Could it be cancer?

It is pointless worrying about what it might be. Your job now is to get a diagnosis from a doctor and any appropriate treatment as soon as you can. Wishing you strength of spirit and the best of outcomes.

It's so difficult at the present time see a doctor face to face because of the covid restrictions unless it's something serious and the problem is, I don't know if this is.
