Head pressure

Hi.

I have been suffering with head pressure for the last 3 days.

It got quite bad tonight until I put something up my nose and forced a sneeze. It has completely disappeared now. I feel comfortable again. I have been using sterimar nasal spray and it hasn’t helped. It says spray up one nostril and it will come back down the other. It does not. It’s made the pressure worse. Is is it normal for a sneeze to relieve head pressure and shouldn’t it happen naturally if I need it too. Not have to be forced by myself?
