unexplained rash all over body

Over the last year i have been getting rashes all over my body. They started as small faded,scaly,red patches but as you can see have taken over my left hand,right and left arm, inside of my thighs and in the fold between leg and thigh. It is conserving to me because i have tried numerous types of exema cream to see if it was eczema but non have worked hydrocortisone and a lot of zero base (uk brand) steroid cream that gets superscribed to you. And also due to covid 19 i thought i would ask for advice as to what it could possibly be before having to go to the doctors

You really should have been to the docs long before now! It is not always helpful to just try things to see if they work. Far better to treat a problem with the appropriate treatment and not risk the possibility of making it worse.
