It’s a natural part of life for guys, if your doing it excessively & it’s taking over your day to day life you maybe have a problem, once daily it’s not a addiction or problem, aslong as it’s private in your home your good mate.

I am confused why you would it's a self relief bringing ones self to climax without harming anyone and also is good for heart and prostate not to mention mentally in mental state and health but if you are looking for a answer I'm afraid I'm no that guy I say if it's for taking you away from sex function then cut back have colder showers and pick up a hobby etc but don't ever go with no pleasure it is recipe for disaster later when the wee guy dosent rise etc and your piss dribbles out good luck

Self control. Focus on any hobbies/goals you have (if not, make some). And workout loads at the gym/home. If you find yourself needing a wank drop down and do some press ups or something, if it persists...do more press ups.

It would probably be easier to cut back rather than stop.

Find another outlet, exercise, diy, reading etc
