My fat toe has swollen. I don't know why.

Is it itchy? Could be a chilblain, happens typically in winter when your toe slips out of bed during a cold night. If it is, nothing to worry about, should go away within a week.

If you thinks it’s anything more serious, see a doctor

It doesn't hurt but I notice in the swollen area a part is yellow and if I press down on that yellow spot yellow fluid comes out.

I can’t imagin it’s anything particularly serious but it doesn’t merit a trip to the doctors, have you been yet?

It could be an infected ingrown toenail or abscess. You can try to soak it in warm water with Epsom salt, or apply vinegar. If it's a toenail fungus or athlete's foot, Fugacil should help.

Well I mean it's still red the swollen spot but it doesn't cause me any pain.

Believe or not I feel no pain and I walk fine, it's just redder than the other toe.
