Generally, every doctor recommends not to masturbate for at least 4-6 WEEKS. Premature masturbation can cause your stitches to break, cause openings in the skin, slow your healing, cause bleeding and ultimately do more bad, than good.

My personal advice, don't. Wait for it until it is safe and then fap your life away. It is worth to wait, because if you do it too soon, and make it worse, you will have to wait even longer, than you normally would have to.

Having said that, 4-6 weeks is a general guideline one should follow, but people can heal differently. If you healed well and your stitches are falling apart, I would at least wait 2-3 weeks to be sure, though once again, general recommendation and one that I followed was 4-6 weeks.
