Hi I’m 19 and circumcised 2 weeks ago was just wondering how long to wait to masturbate as it’s so hard not to. Also I’ve heard I’m suppose to use lube when I do any ideas of what lube to use? Like Vaseline or baby oil?

Hi, I waited until the stitches were out. I think it was after 2 weeks or so. But you must be very careful and not pulling too much on the shaft skin. Just working the head and especially the rim. I wouldn't recommand vaseline or babyoil since they are both mineral based. I use mostly coconut oil.

I'm now 6 weeks post op. So hard not to wank or have sex. I lasted until day 10 then had to have a gentle jerk. As long as you are gentle you'll be fine. Once your stitches have dissolved and you feel comfortable when handling your penis, you can try masturbation. If your experience is anything like mine you'll find that your permanently exposed glans is extremely sensitive to any touch, and this will make you ejaculate almost too fast! But make the best of it because this heightened sensitivity will eventually disappear.

As for using lube, do so if you wish but I have never found it helpful - quite the opposite in fact! Using lube makes my fingers slip and slide when masturbating when I really need to take a firm grip.
