Just had the snip 3 days ago and still in real bad pain paracetamol and ibuprofen will not touch it any advice would be great

my doc prescribed me ibuprofen 400mg, Paracetamol 500mg and Dihydrocodeine 30mg. Apparently the latter was to be taken for excruciating pain but i didn't have any thus just took Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. I would call the doc/surgery and tell them of the pain and they should be able to prescribe you something stronger.

Pain pure pain like constantly being winded

Visit your doctor, circumcisions are not normally very painful. You may have an infection

You may need to get stronger pain relief from your GP, Naproxen or low dose co-codamol seems common for this.

Also make sure you get checked out for any possible surgical wound infection and get a general antibiotic plus have a culture done if it looks like infection may be the case.

Some men are up and back at everything in a couple of days, for some recovery can be much slower and takes 3+ weeks. For a much smaller % pain becomes long term.
