"Bump" on penis shaft..... (picture)

hey, about 6 months ago I noticed a small little "bumb" on my penis, it looked somewhat similar to a pimple and I tried squeezing it (quite lightly). some yellow-white "strings" of "stuff" came out slowly (similar to popping a pimple but slow and satisfying). I thought it was completely ok. Since then this bumb has kinda regrown a couple of times and I have "treated" it similarly, maybe 3-4 times. Now the bumb for some reason has gone a little blue and is way more noticeable (picture attached). Does anyone know how to properly treat this or will it just disappear by its own after a while of letting it be.

I am 16 y/o and have never had any sort of sexual interaction (except for masturbating, which I do somewhat daily).

Antiseptic cream after squeezing it might help.

You might have pulled out a hair. Got an ingrowing one?

If you can’t find anything that looks like a hair root to pull out, then I’d go with mark’s advice and get cream. If it keeps continuing. Go to the doctor.
