Can't get errection without hand

I am 30 year old male. I have noticed that for 6 months I am not able to get errection without hand. I think I have erectile dysfunction. Please suggest me

If you wake up with an erection occasionally then it probably nothing to worry about, just give it time and do not stress about it. If not then probably worth a trip to the Doc. Occasional use of viagra or similar will help.
