Got a blow job from an ex girlfriend who I'd met on a works night out, all went well until the end when I ejaculated, she swallowed but then sucked really hard (almost like she was giving me a hickey) on the tip of my penis.
This really hurt and I pulled away quickly after letting out a cry of pain, anyways the following day I was in discomfort that as the days went on got worse. I went for an STD check as I was worrying that's what it was but all tests came back negative,
I'm now four weeks in and still in pain, is there any meds anyone could suggest to alleviate this or has anyone else went through the same thing and could give advice?

Hi thanks for your reply I have no other symptoms, peeing normal no pain, just the penis tip pain (burning) in hindsight the ex (we were both drunk) maybe thought she was being funny or a bit of jealousy/revenge was involved as I'm in another relationship. Should never have let it happen to be honest.
Think a doctors visit would be the correct move, try and get over my embarrassment.
What Norwich1 says... Even if the Dr says it's nothing to worry about, 100% it's best to get it checked. What you don't say is if it hurts during sex, during peeing, or if it 'just hurts' but in any case, go to a Dr.
Hi there, definitely head to a doctor and discuss the issue. It's all very delicate down there and even small things can upset the balance. It sounds like a bit of stress on your urethra, but I'm no doctor, all I know is that following my circumcision earlier this year my urethra was heavily bruised inside and didn't feel right for a couple months until it sorted itself out. Go see a doctor, get a professional's opinion and keep us posted.
Don't know where you're from, but if you feel embarrassed to discuss with your primary/regular doctor, go see a specialist like a urologist if you can - they're used to discussing men's issues I'm sure.
What hurts on me is a localized outer section of my foreskin. (Small area section) I was feeling a sharp persistent unbearable pinching/burning pain at first. My pain now is mild, but I still feel it daily. The thing is that my foreskin looks normal. No redness, no blisters or anything abnormal. It looks normal, but it hurts. What kind of helped me with my pain is applying hydrocortisone cream that a dermatologist prescribed me, but I only used it for 7 days twice a day so far. It might burn at first . (He said I had non specific dermatitis) Only on the affected area because it might irritate other areas of the skin. He recommended 7 days on it, 7 days apply Vaseline, another 7 days on it, and again 7 days of Vaseline. Not to over use it, (hydrocortisone) possible thinning of the skin. Applying Vaseline has helped me out as well. It covers and protects the skin (moisturizer) and diminishes the pain for me as well. You may want to start with applying Vaseline at first to see if it helps you out with the pain meanwhile. Then talk to your doctor to see if he recommends hydrocortisone or another type of ointment he may prescribe that can help you. It might take some time to heal. Maybe your skin has some micro tears or bruising.
I Wish You Well and Hope You Heal Quickly. Take Care Brother…..
Hi thank you for your informative reply its appreciated, I will try with the Vaseline see if it helps. Then after holidays (UK here doctors are closed) I'll make an appointment.
