Potential symptom for Meatal Stenosis?

It's been 8 weeks post adult ZSR Circumcision and I have a doubt that I suffer from a symptom of Meatal Stenosis.

Most times, my urine sprays but not into many streams but 2 streams like there's some sort of blockage but opens up if the pressure of urine is more or if I voluntarily direct it more.

I haven't tried urinating while standing so cannot confirm if it deflects above as well.

No pain or blood while urinating or any high frequency of urinating as such but I still am let's say learning how to urinate since a sudden surge of urine coming out and me having to block it by force of jerk (not jerking off) is not uncommon.

Maybe it's the fear within that prompts me

to do it but I'm not sure. Kindly let me know if this is some cause for concern.

Also, in case this is NOT Stenosis, can I be certain that it won't occur in the future provided no trauma comes to the penis.

Literally the same, I cannot consult a doctor at this moment since I want to finish with my recovery of the circumcision first and I also do not have any acquintances where I currently live hence I asked the question here. Thank you for asking though
