balantitis - red patch on penis that has faded but left a minor mark. Is this normal?

I had a red patch along with other irritation on the glans of my penis. It faded after a few days with the help of antifungal cream (daktarin).

It has left a shiny mark is this normal for balantitis? Looking at pictures online I’m almost positive it isn’t herpes or anything else.
