I have no other choice but to ask here. Im too embarassed to ask my parents or someone. So to the problem. Even though I maintain very good hygiene I noticed that the head of my penis has a tint of white and little hard white dots on the inside of the foreskin also the texture of the head, it has some hard dots but these are the color of the tip. I have tried so many washing methods and nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP

These sound like Fordyce spots or Pearly Penile Papules. They are entirely normal, natural and harmless. Indeed most men probably have them to a greater or lesser degree so I think it likely that you can safely ignore them.

On hygiene, excessive use of soaps can irritate this area. Usually just daily washing with water alone is sufficient.

As with all conditions, if there is any pain, continuing soreness, redness, irritation, swelling etc then seek professional medical help.
