Not able to ejaculate after ZSR circumcision

This my 8th day after zsr circumcision and all my staples and ring are fell so when i tried to masturbate my little movements and jerks it got erected but im unable to ejaculate.. y this is happening pls any one respond n help me..

yeah I have this problem too but the stitches fell off after the 6 weeks. I’ve tried twice and can’t get to the point of ejaculation.

Please do not indulge in masturbating at least for the next 4 weeks, let your wounds heal completely, I had the same ZSR surgery , took 4 weeks for the silicon to get off and another few weeks to fully heal . Please refrain for the next 4 weeks at least else your wounds will take very long to heal . Divert your mind for a month and Take Care

Hi Katarih It is nice to read you are able to have erections after the circumcision, however, if you read all my concerns under Moon007 when I had circumcision almost 14 months ago, I am completely and totally grounded, have had no erections after the procedure was carried on 23 Jan 2023, still suffering from hypersensitivity, there is no flow of blood to maintain the erections, dead as stone.

Besides what others have responded, are you taking any pain medication? If so, that can kill your ability to have an orgasm.
