Hi, I have yellowish sticky discharge that doesn't smell bad that comes from my stitches. Skin around the stiches is not red and it doesn't hurt. Is it normal?

From your description it sounds like lymph fluid. Look it up online. Some guys get blood or lymph or both after surgery.Did your surgeon explain that this was likely or give you an info sheet?
I don't know if it's lymph fluid because it's sticky and not watery as definition says.
Does it get sticky when it starts to dry up in a wound situation outside the body? The doctor will advise. I have seen photos where the dried lymph is extensive in the stitches area. There are lymph nodes in the groin and elsewhere throughout the body. Most ppl don't get to see the lymph fluid outside their bodies but the lymph system is an unsung hero of our immune response.
Hi. I had a similar thing and was told it was a 'stitch reaction' - basically the body tries to reject them as they are foreign bodies. I bathed my penis daily in salt water solution just to prevent infection.
