hello, I had circumcision a week ago, till 48 hrs I had good sleep with bandage on and when the bandage removed from that day I’m facing erection in sleep. If I sleep within hour or two I’m getting erection and immediately I woke up due to that severe pain and I’m not sleeping back due to that scare. what to do my surgeon said that sleep erection is common but how many days I can manage this. Will there be any medicine can I use atleast for few days till the ring comes off.. no sleep from past few days even in day or night same happening.

I had the same problem. I have been circumcised for a month, there were really unbearable moments. And the worst was when I was sleeping. but that subsided after 2 weeks. then later there is not so much pain during the erection, but it is a bit inconvenient because there is a swelling and a wound that needs to heal.

Hi bro. I feel for you. I had the same. Some pulled my stitches. There's not much you can do except try and 'will' them to go down. It gets better by the end of week 2 they were not waking me or painful. At week 4 I'm getting full erections with no pain

Use something cold to ease your erection. I kept a glass or cup in reach that would just be at room temperature. Holding that against your penis should quickly ease it away, you'll still have the erection but you won't be just willing it away.

I was circumcised 8 days ago and the doctor advised setting extra alarms during the night to go to the toilet, as a fuller bladder contributes to getting erections. First few nights this made no difference as I was up six or seven times with very uncomfortable erections, but now I find an alarm at 4 and one at 6 is a good way of managing it. They’re becoming less uncomfortable as the glue comes off and it heals, too.
