Erection problem

I am 76,diabetic haven't had sex in 21 years, and don't get morning erection. I've tried viagra, cialis but they don't work. I was then prescribed a pump but that just makes me sore, I stopped using it because if this. I've been a widower for last 7 years and have met someone who is interested in having sex, so want to try and sort this problem so that I can have intercourse. I can get movement if I watch movies but my penis doesn't get hard,it stays limp. Any suggestions.

I guess we all have our own preferences. I can only say what helps me. Relaxing and getting in the right frame of mind are so important to me. Exchanges of messages on forums and chat rooms have aroused me too.

Physical stimuli are so important. Particularly erogenous areas for me are my bum cheeks and hole, my testicles and my penis, especially my glans. Keeping my foreskin rolled back keeps me erect or nearly so for part of the day. If I need help to harden my erection I squeeze the base of my penis gently to find the locations of the veins draining blood out of it. By restricting the outflow my penis becomes more engorged with blood and hardens.

I get considerable stimulation from visual sources. The Internet gives a wide choice. I find that to get the best effect I have to use my imagination - what is the model likely to be feeling? What might be going through her mind? Some of the best sources of arousal for me are pictures or short films of women especially those who are mature, well-built, natural hair, making pleasant visual contact with the camera; open leg spreading photos, particularly when thrusting forward so as to invite a man (or women). Women wearing sensible full-cut panties, bare breasts often arouse me: here the visual and sense of touch meet as I imagine the soft material of their kickers caressing their cheeks. Visual contact of the woman with the camera can set off a chain of thought in me: her tense smile, flushed cheeks and erect nipples reveal her erection, perhaps orgasm; discharges from her vagina and nearby glands are soaking into the gusset of her knickers stimulating my imagination of their musty scents. Thongs on big bums turn me on as I imagine the stimulation in my bum crevice and hole.

My preference for coming to orgasm is in several stages at an unhurried, leisurely pace.

First is mental preparation. Imagination is so important to me. I think about things which arouse me.

Next I work on my bum. I stroke my shaved cheeks, play with my smooth hole, using a mirror. Sometimes I use a dildo.

Then I gently squeeze my testicles in my shaven bag.

I follow this with gentle stroking of my penis shaft and playing with the veins at the base to reduce the outflow of blood and to make a harder erection. I flick my foreskin forwards and backwards over my glans. I feel my semen swilling round my bollocks, up and down my prick ... I hold back and relax ... my semen returns to my testicle bag ... I play with my prick shaft and knob end ... I repeat this edging several times until I can no longer hold back. A burst of ecstasy comes throughout my body as I come to orgasm an ejaculate, often 3 or 4 times ... each squirt is followed by a slight relaxation, then I come again and again ...

Sometimes I can't go through all these stages: in fact, when I was younger, sometimes I would come to orgasm soon after stripping naked, without even touching myself.

I have also tried to develop and prolong spontaneous orgasms by relaxation and concentration supplemented by yoga exercises.

I would recommend an implant in your case as long as you're healthy enough and you are aware of the risks of the procedure

in reply toCorreav

Titan implants have issues, the doctors doing the insertion! - know 3 guys that have had terrible results from the DOCTORS doing the procedure. I know one that loves it, but you can feel the implant in the penis and I thot that for me would have been a buzz kill. So, I luckily have beat the "softie" with my 4skin restoration and Hydro-pumping. I do keep a tri-injection in the frig just in case- ALL 3 guys wish they had gone with the shot, it is easy, painless, and yes you can go for hours and if it will not leave, you take a medication that gets you "de-pumped". I think the implant is ok but after seeing my 3 buds all fall hard from it with different doctors goofing it up,..., a shot and away I go looked a lot more appealing. Plus, when I literally could see an erector set in one bud's dick and his head still flaccid when I was trying to decide, well it was not in the running after that. but to each their own.-S

When Viagra stopped working for me ( diabetes, coronary disease), I bit the bullet and started on the Caverject Impulse injection by Pfizer. I stay rock hard for a few hours and it works in minutes. A few times I've had to take sudafed cold tablets ( pseudoephedrine) to lose my erection. It can have side effects for some, but most men love it. You need a doctors prescription and be taught by a nurse how to inject. Scary injecting at first, but doesn't really hurt, the results are well worth it.

This is the porno pill. More than a 4hr erection is not good. That's when the doctor has to take a needle and draw out some of the blood to get it to go down.

Actually, its not a pill, its a liquid. A synthetic version of a naturally occurring chemical that the body makes to cause an erection. Yes, priapism is very dangerous, but it only happens to a few percent of users who don't get the dosage correct. You should google the official Pfizer website to get accurate information.

Yes the shots in my mind the best as well- I have never been afraid of shots, with MS and having to take a 20GA needled shot in the gut every other day for the first nine years before developing my own treatment, well a 30ga. thinwall needle is a walk in the park! LOL!!!! I use it only if I need it and so far it sits in my frig as a back-up plan. Strangely enough just "knowing" it is there has taken the worry out of pleasing a lover and rarely use it since the "performance stress" is no longer there. And funny but true- you don't "use it" you "loose it" and having a regular lover helps Males in the erection department too!

when you say Cialis doesn’t work, how much are you taking and when do you take it? Regular rather than as and when does it nicely for me.

Man if I had taken anymore of the damned things, if you had picked me up and shook me, I would have sounded like a set of Maracas and I'd have been able to get a job in a Latin dance band. Same with the Viagra. Only good thing about them was the fact they are blue. Sorry to sound peed off, but I would have gotten more excited if I put my pecker on a table and hit it with a 5lb mash. Even the Soma pump I was then prescribed, only stretched my dick and made it sore. As soon as this Gadget was removed my dick would hang its head in shame. Okay so I've exagarated slighty, but I kid you not, it's like I'm immune to any treatment.

Go back and see ur doc and say its not working for u. There might be something else he can prescribe.

Sound like it is a mental problem. The dick gets hard from blood flow so whatever makes that happen is the key. Usually getting excited does it, but I guess the older we get, the less exciting things are. I'm about 30 years younger and I sometimes find doing my taxes in my head during sex to be an unwanted distraction lol. (whatever distracts you from the task is bad). I will say, I was on some medications for a short period of time, and it had the same affect on me. I couldn't get hard and I wasn't that interested in sex any more. I got off the meds and that's not an issue, but I ended up getting BXO during that time.

We also don't know your sexual history in bed. Some people have sex in 1 position their whole life and that would be extremely boring. Maybe you need to a sex routine with this lady. Get her to put a finger or two up your pooper.
