Penis head skin condition

Hi! I am a 34yo man with a skin condition in the tip of my penis. In stead of a clean, shinning smooth skin, it has a rough, rinkled reddish one. Never had a functional treatment for it and recently I got worried of developing skin cancer as I age. I'll try to attach some photos of it, in the hope of a direction for a possible treatment. Thanks!!

Are you circumcised? That could be the reason. Have you tried moisturising your glans? If this is something new, a word with your doctor is probably the best course of action.
