Tight(short Frenulum)

As a child my mother always made me aware that I should have had a circumcision.

About the age of five my mother tried to retract my foreskin, and I remember it being a bit painful, but nevertheless she managed to pull it back, but unfortunately wasn’t able to return it, and had to be seen by a doctor immediately.

The first time I managed to pull my foreskin back without a problem was when I was in my 30s.

I no longer have problems with my foreskin, but find now that sexual intercourse is painful due to a short Frenulum(skin band connecting foreskin to penis gland)

Just wondering if anybody has had this problem and how to treat it apart from medical intervention?

you can get a frenuloplasty without full circumcision. Painful during intercourse is no fun for either party.
