Can I have sex after 4 weeks and 2 days of circumcision or should I wait a bit longer. Everything has healed properly and there only very small stitches left in some places left

It is allowed. In my opinion, make sure the condition of the erect penis has returned to its normal size and the cut wound is dry, not damp. It's safer to do it in the fifth or sixth week, but if you do, you can use a condom to avoid unwanted things.

you really should wait for at least six weeks it is what your surgeon would have advised you… what looks well healed from the outside does not necessarily mean it’s fully healed inside… be patient if you can 😎👍

You should wait 8-12 week as my experience .

I would advise waiting at least six weeks. Then start carefully and use plenty of lube.
