It has been 2 years since my circumcision. While I still think I lost at least 1/4th of inch due to how the surgeon stitched me, I am otherwise in good appearance and health. Some claim length is not lost and it's just a visual mistake because we are used to seeing our foreskin, which added a little bit of length, but I have done the measurements myself many times in my life and I am 100% sure my penis would be just a tad bit longer if the surgeon allowed a bit more skin to remain. I use to be able to reach 6.00", or very close to it, on a good day prior to the procedure. These days, if I'm rock hard, I can maybe measure 5.7"ish.
Sex feels the same as it did before my circumcision. I don't feel it is any better or worse, and I do not last any longer or shorter. All of this is entirely a mood thing and I've seen zero correlation to me being circumcised. Women likewise have not noticed any difference one way or another. One of my worries was that sex was going to feel less pleasurable with no foreskin, but that hasn't been the case. Sex feels enjoyable just the same.
The worst part of circumcision was the first 3 months after the operation. Night erections hurt; in fact, anything that touched my penis made it hurt--even the air itself; your pee has 2 or more streams, which is also frightening in the beginning because that was unexpected; there is lumpiness along the stitches and you're wondering if they will smooth out; the penis has some sutured veins that make you look deformed and you're wondering if they will ever look normal again; and you can't comfortably do anything without having your penis wrapped up in a lot of gauze. Adult circumcision is a lot of work. And my surgeon wasn't the most personable or responsive person to deal with either. But thank goodness, life goes on and everything functions as it should.
