Seems like you need to rethink your masturbation strategy.
What you’re doing is called “sexual denial” (stopping at the last moment). This is not physically healthy since a large amount of semen is made during stimulation so you are probably producing a lot of fluid that’s probably causing sexual glands and the epididymis on the back of the testicles to become swollen. Simply leaving things alone (not physically stimulating yourself) should allow the body to resorb some of that fluid and allow wet dreams to take over to clear things out when needed. Wet dreams are natures way of handling excess fluid build up in men who are not sexually active (and don’t masturbate).
