My testicles are mostly retracted, is this normal?

I am 34 years old and my testicles are mostly retracted. whether the penis was erect or not. and it happens to me as I know for myself. (that is, from puberty onwards) they are only lowered just when they have enough temperature, but this rarely happens. I was also circumcised two months ago. I am wondering if this condition is normal or if there is some genetic problem? There is no option to post pictures, only in the inbox to post somehow.

When you say they're retracted, do you mean they leave the scrotum completely, and go into your groin/abdomen? That sounds like it might be an issue. If they're just at the top of the scrotum though, that sounds normal, especially in cold weather.

I don't think it can be related to circumcision, but presumably a urologist will have seen your genitals at the time, and mentioned it if they thought it was a problem.

they are on top of the scrotum. I asked more and many say that everything is fine.
