Which is good circumcision method? Laser or ZSR? What are the disadvantages of laser technique?

i hadhad zsr circumcision and now gettinggetting frustated bbecause of low cut

i think laser is the best for now, because zsr still new and not many doctor skillful for this

im sure i will suffer from this aabout 2 years, need to to tugging my dick everyday next 6 month, im losing 4cm when erect, my heart is crying

what went wrong with your circumcision? What Problems are you facing now? Even I had zsr done 1 year ago. I don't have any issues now except for some swelling which needs some more time to settle

i believe i was cut too much, its been 23 days after surgery, i lost 4cm when erection, and when erection happen my penis bend downward,pulling my balls skin, pulling my below stomach skin (what do you call this? soctrum?)

still swelling now, how long for you heal from swelling?

I think it's normal to lose length after the cut, even I lost few cms but gained girth. I don't know why it's like this but that's how it is. Swelling might take couple of months to a year sometimes even more

yeah, its kinda a bit scary for me to lose length because im only have 12cm before circumcision

could be... I can understand your concern but that's how it is I think. For me I have lost lot of sensitivity of the glans, masturbation needs lot of saliva or lube... But don't have any problem with ejaculation.

reality hurts but i think it slowly streching, probably in my dream, will go to much professional doctor in two days ahead to hear second opinion

I had ZSR done, everything was fine, staples came out and everything was healed within 4 weeks, didn’t really find any disadvantages just awkward sensitivity but that’s a given after the foreskin removal,

Do you have have a desired style? Are you in an area where various methods are offered? Each technique has advantages. If you are ok with cut dujour, a stapler device (ZSR, etc) is fine. Easy, quick, all that stuff. If you want a particular style (high, low, tight, loose) a freehand sleeve recection is best. Usually done with a scalpel. Clean scar. Laser is less common and seems to be more toward controlling bleeding than anything else.

never have partial get a full cut. Partial circumcision will make no good.

There are no "good" foreskin amputation methods. They are all a terrible compromise.

amputation....i like that description haha. Did you know they use the skin in face creams? Foreskin keeps the skin looking young they think. Nothing like baby skin cells on your face to make you think you look younger.
