5 WEEK POST CIRCUMCISION PLZ HELP.

Its been 5 week post circumcision and 5 of my stiches have not fallen and also their is sensitivity on my glands, m able to touch it but gliding my fringer on it feels a little discomfort. Please tell me how can i quickly heal from this and get over it and how can i accelerate the process of getting my stiches fallen out.

For the stitches, you can soak in warm water or saline water, that will loosen up your stitches, then you can remove it by either using scissors or gently pull out it. Better use a scissor.

For the glans sensitivity, the more you masturbate by rubbing your glans, the soon you will be accustomed with that. You masturbate right?

That is what I thought. I severed a nerve in my hand when I was younger and now when I touch The inside of my finger or Palm, it's very sensitive but not in a good way. It's more sensitive to touch but the sensation is one of mild pain and a needle or something for example would hurt a lot compared to My other fingers which you could prick a needle and 2 and it wouldn't really hurt until the needle actually went in. You might compare it to the feeling of being scratched by a tattoo needle. I have not gone through the procedure Of circumcision So I can only base it on the fact that I've cut nerves in my hand and by cutting nerves you create this sensation which I don't know if I would want to my penis

Hello mate. I'm starting week 6 now and I researched A LOT about it. I had frenuloplasty and circumcision (perdon if I'm misspeling any of those).

After all that research I discovered that for some man took about 55 days until 4 months for all the stiches to fall, but that's not bad since in the insides the stiches will be absorbed by your body sooner, don't worry. I had one that just felted by day 35 and another by day 30, hang tight!

About the sensibility, it really vary from person to person, doctors advice by day 5 - 10 to leave the gland at the underwear, the friction acelerate healing and desensibilization, also gives some air for the skin to breath. I used gauze until day 20 (leave it dry+gauze from day 15) because my skin was hyper sensitive, but using gauze also made some tissue scars in the gland and it leave super painfull from sensitivity, but it got better in four days.

To me what worked was just using lose underwear (cotton) and loose pants and when going to sleep arranging it in a way that the glan wasn't touch anything, because of those little scars that had me really struggling. In four days it actually got much much better, but inbetween those I couldn't bearly walk 🤣, but it was better since it kept me from moving too much.

As for the dryness, it also happened to me, even worse than yours, like it looked like it would bleed hahaha. I had a checkup with my doctor and he recommended Cicaplast Baume B5 (I'm actually from Brazil so the name may vary), this one is for scar healing, and it should be only used on the head of the penis, since the death and dry skin on the scar tissue is very normal and good for the healing process.

Right now, after all of those, my guy is starting to look normal again, and soon yours will too. Best of luck

Keep applying vaseline few times a day. Ur d and scar/cut line look dry.
