Consult your doctor. I just came for my 6 weeks checkup to find out that the entire right side of my shaft has to be restitched. Please go to your doctor and check with them

Are your other stitches ok I don’t think I would worry about it your healing. Keep it clean with baths water only. I recommend you do not use soaps any more you will find it’s easier to keep clean. I’m very happy and feel much cleaner. Good luck to you.
