Blister near head of penis

I have a blister on my penis and it doesn’t look like herpes and it is not painful. It showed up after having kinda rough sex with someone. I had a condom on. Sometimes with pressure it’s noticeable and other times I think its gone.

I think you should get checked. One blister after sex can be a symptom of STI, syphilis. It ruined my uncles life. Please visit a doctor
