Circumcision day 5.

Hello

I'm on day 5 since circumcision. Stiches behind the head. Fairly loose with frenulum still there. I'm happy with this

I am adapting to the hypersensitivity.

I am finding the frenulum the most sore and tender. Think I caught it s bit and it's scabbed s bit (crusty yellow). Hoping it not septic.

The stiches feel prickly and are more the issue in my underwear rather than the hypersensitivity.

Any words of wisdom welcome

Hey man! I’m glad recovery is going well.

The frenulum can be the part that takes a bit longer to heal, don’t worry about it.

I also had that yellow-like fluid that scabs there, it takes a bit longer to disappear. As long as it doesn’t have a foul smell or anything you’re good!

Hypersensitivity takes a bit to get solved but it’s a matter of time. Try to place your penis upwards when using underwear to help with the swelling.

The stitches can be annoying but they’ll fall off, all of mine stitches fell between week 2, and a couple that were left on week 3.

This recovery requires patience but I’m sure you’ll heal nicely!

what made you choose loose ? do you feel keeping the fren is best ?

Health service Circumcision. Done by private hospital for the NHS in the UK. Not given a choice but done by a very experienced urologist consultant. Good job done
