Extra skin after adult circumcision!!!!!

Okay so I searched up about adult circumcision and im 19 its been 2months prob i did it on July 18th and from mine to theirs mine look diff how my skin was cut off like i still have an extra skin pass my glans. My right side is passed it but on my left side its shorter and not passing the glans and im so stressed bc i always check up on it and it look like nothing is happening to the right side… and my doctor said the extra skin will be gone but i dont see it…

And why does it feel sensitive still? Like i still weird bc everytime my boxers touch my penis it has that weird feeling ..

I put ointment too and it goes onto the boxers.

I guess you then need to wash the boxers or do not use the ointment unless you need it.

If you are still having sensitivity issues i would recommend to use modal or cotton fabric underwear and just try to get used to the sensation. After time it will start to feel better but if you put ointment or a bandage you will never get used to the new sensation.

1. It’s normal to have heightened (greater) sensitivity - it’s on your glans (penis head) because it was always covered, and now it’s exposed and slightly dry and when you walk it rubs with the boxers and gives you partial or full erections . What you can do is wear boxer briefs and keep your penis in position. - pointing to your belly button flat against your lower abdomen.

2. Regarding your varying skin length - sometimes the scar maybe uneven because it’s been cut to adjust to a curve in your penile shaft. How does it feel when you are full erect? Is there any loose skin or does it feel even and look evenly tight? If it’s still loose when you are fully erect and the shaft skin is loose on one side then your doctor has probably done a poor job.

Frenulum area takes the longest to heal. However sutures should be removed if they are the non dissolving (absorbing) kind or if they haven’t been absorbed.

I recommend you ask yourself doctor to remove it. It maybe a little painful but it’s best to address it soon.

I’m usually. In favor or using the fine (plastic surgery) sutures as they give better results - but they have to be removed in about 10 days after surgery.

Some of the dry skin by itself will fall off or rub off in time. Once the dry skin is gone it’s not a bad idea to massage some natural oil all over the penis to sloth the skin and make is moist and supple.

The skin over the glans is fairly sensitive and is designed to be kept moist by the oils secreted by inside of the foreskin.

With circumcision the glans get completely exposed and tend to dry up. Some people are able to adjust to the dryness. And the glans get very dry and significantly reduce the sensitivity. Using oils helps enhance moisture and makes the skin softer supple and healthier.

Yes. Coconut oil is very good. Just used the Virgin/plain oil - some brands sell perfumed version avoid that. Stay with natural version.
