I had a frenuloplasty operation (12 years ago) that allowed me to retract my foreskin more easily when flaccid. But when erect it is still too tight. I can pull it back all the way (with lube) but it’s not comfortable leaving it there if I want to orgasm. So I keep it un-retracted.
I have the added problem of sensitivity at the top and back of my foreskin (where op was done). There’s still a bit of visible scar tissue there and a knobbly bit of foreskin. As a result, I can’t last very long without ejaculating prematurely. I can control it when I masturbate, but it became a problem for me during sex with my ex-partner as I felt I was disappointing them. I’d also like to enjoy receiving oral sex again without ejaculating almost immediately.
Does anyone else share my experience or have any suggestions of what else I can do?
Sorry for long post. Had to finally get this off my chest!

I think you should go to see a urologist at a private hospital to find the best way to solve your issues…. Cost you about £250 plus the cost of any procedure that you need… probably another £2000 but well worth if you can afford it
If it's uncomfortable to pull your foreskin back when erect or keep it there you do need to do something about it, of course. Is it because the skin is too tight or still the frenulum too tight?
Thanks. You say frenuloplasy - lengthening of the frenulum - rather than frenectomy, removal of it, which is obviously the case as you say it is still too short. You're quite right, scar tissue is nowhere near as elastic as unscarred tissue. Even it weren't, frenular tissue is notoriously hard to stretch though sometimes steroid creme such as Betamethasone 0.05% can help. Worth a try. An obvious answer is removal of the fren but, of course, it's function is to hold the foreskin forward when you are flaccid (like the one under your tongue stopping your tongue going down your throat when you swallow!) but be long enough for the foreskin to go back when erect so the head can be stimulated. If you remove it completely you could find your foreskin bunches up behind the head all the time. I guess you don't want circumcision? I did try all the methods of getting my short frenulum fixed but in the end got so sick of it I went for circumcision. I'm quite happy with it but if you are totally against it you probably won't be happy with it. All I'd say is don't listen to the anti circumcision scare stories, if it was bad it would have died out thousands of years ago! Good luck, any other questions please do let me know.
