Do I need to be referred to see a urologist or can I just book a appointment? Or can i just go to a health hub and get checked there?

Firstly, how things work depends on in which country you live. Most places with centralised health insurance schemes (such as the UK's NHS) require you to first see a GP and then get a referral to a urologist in order to use the 'system'. Some private health schemes (as in the USA) may also require this route if they are to pay.

You may also be able to keep everything in the private sector and pay your own fees. In that case it is likely that you can directly approach a urologist or one of the many speciallist circumcision clinics.
