Pressure when having an erection

Is it normal to feel like my penis is going to explode when I have an erection? I feel that there is immense pressure on the penis. Before that didn't happen to me.

I’d probably check with a doctor or sexual health clinic, I’ve had similar myself but where the erection is so hard it does feel like any harder it would explode but I’ve put it down to a delay in the amount of intercourse I’ve had, lack of masturbation I’d had and being extremely horny but as always go see doctor to be sure & put your mind at rest 👍🏾

Always a good idea to check with your Dr. If you feel there is something wrong... However, I have never heard of a penis exploding from being too hard... I'm assuming you are young? I do know how you feel though...I have nocturnal erections from the time I get in bed till the time I get out of bed... While I know I shouldn't complain about having a healthy erection, it is literally all night long.. Hard as a brick and sometimes painful... Some nights I have to get out of bed and walk around to get it to subside a bit... Sometimes I'll masturbate just so I can get some sleep, But once back in bed hard as steel again... Can be very annoying and keeps me awake alot. And this has been most of my adult life. I keep telling myself to enjoy it while I have it... I'm 58 yo so you never know. So honestly I think you are ok, but again never hurts to have it checked out.

mine is also the same, I got rock hard erections like i'm 13 years old.. think its because I still have it wrapped up, have staples in it and its all acting like a cock ring

Yeah I felt the same way 2 weeks post op and it felt like I was almost getting hard way too often. It loosens up by the 3rd and 4th week going back to normal

I am enjoying them lol, sometimes it hurts when it gets too hard but its more like a pulling reminder that I am not fully healed
