I am on day 20 post circimcision and none of my stitches have fallen out, is it normal?

20 days have passed after my circumcision and none of my stitches have yet to fall out should I ask my doctor or will they dissolve after some time?

I got the doctor to remove for it after two weeks. But it was slightly painful and some bleeding occurred.

Left three stiches at deeper regions.. He asked me to wait n see... After a month still there so I may wait for another two weeks and see how.

It took me 5 weeks before the first fell off, and after that about 2 weeks and they were all out. I think our bodies react to foreign objects differently, yours might just be taking more time but they will eventually fall off.But you can get further advice from your doctor
