Piss stuck in a top of penis before come out

I had circumcision 9 days ago. I have a problem. My meatus is little bit purple(i think its swollen) and when i go to piss my piss stuck in penis about 4,5 seconds and then come out but it hurts. Can anyone help. Sorry for bad english.

I had similar, felt like meatus was healing over! After peeing I made sure completely dry, once dry put Vaseline in opening and after a few days seemed better. Mine is still red now but seems to be improving all the time. 3wks in. If in doubt go to the doctor though 👍🏻
