18 days completed after circumcision. Shaft skin near frenulum area is thick & I'm seeing thick yellowish substance along with blood stains ...

How long it would take for frenulum region to look normal? Should i clean the yellow discharge near frenulum or it will go away over time?? I tried to wipe off the substance while bathing but it was bit painful
