Is this normal/should I seek medical help

This is a strange way to do this but oh well I guess. I've been struggling to retract my foreskin for a number of years, and eventually had sex without a condom like an idiot. My foreskin was forced back and causes me severe pain and for the past year even after ejaculating or getting erect I feel a slight pain. I know it's not a STD as I got tested for safety. I dont know what to do guys

Definitely go to your doctor and get checked out. I had a similar problem and didn't do anything about it for ages which meant I ended up getting a circumcision. There are other options before getting to that stage so make an appointment. It could be something quite simple and treatable

Yes. You need to see a doctor. It sounds like phimosis. It won't kill you, but if that is what it is, then it can create further complications down the road. Better to get it checked out sooner rather than later.

You do know what to do. Don’t put it off because of embarrassment. It’s not going to get better if you ignore it.

Might be that you partially tore your frenulum. I assume your foreskin is pulled forward now, it's only painful when erect?

I know what you mean by struggling to retract your foreskin. As you said, forcing it back caused extreme pain. So don't force it. For the moment, there's no need to see a doctor. After my first attempt to have sex, I realised I had to retract my foreskin before rolling on a condom. That meant stretching the skin so that it slid easily back and forth over the penis head. Stretching exercises are the answer.

It's a slow process but you can incorporate it in your regular sexual activities. For example, masturbation allows you to move your skin slowly back over the head. Hold it there for as long as you can and stretch it back a little further each time. If it slips right back and becomes stuck behind the head, don't panic. Just wait until your erection deflates (sorry, can't think of a better way of saying that) and use a bit of lube or oil or spit to make it easier to slide your foreskin back in place over the head. Then start again.

You can ask your partner to help and it can become part of the whole enjoyable sexual experience. As I said, my first attempt to have sex was pretty pathetic because I didn't know the foreskin had to be fully retracted and I couldn't do that because my foreskin was tight. Having a tight foreskin doesn't mean you have phimosis --- which is what I meant by saying you don't necessarily have to see a doctor. Give your skin a chance.

There are many websites that give advice about foreskin stretching.

Hi there, it isn't odd at all to not have the perfect foreskin. In my eyes keeping things cleen and then fun in bed is key. So firstly let me ask if you're able to retrack behind the head and clean when flaccid? And what type of skin you have -from your experience does it tend to just be semi-elastic and get this pulling sensation or did you get some wounds or microwounds before. Cause if you didn't maybe there's a chance to finda a solution without any.. you know - cutting here and there.
