Hey everyone, just wondering how long it should take for swelling to go down after being circumcised, also how do people cope with the head of the penis being stupidly sensitive, to the point of wearing underwear or any clothing feels terrible. Any tips for toughening it up would be great!

The swelling can take months to fully subside bot internally and externally. You could try using an anaesthetic cream on your glans to help with sensitivity but often guys just tough it out
I wore a cricket box for a few days which helped a lot. Meant it was exposed to the air which helped with the desensitising. After about three days of doing that I was wearing tight underwear and jeans
Don't expect any reduction in swelling for at least 2 weeks. Some reduction will be seen once the stitches are all out. Healing after a circumcision is a marathon, not a sprint so don't expect results too soon.
Excessive sensitivity of the glans is usually the result of phimosis having stopped it getting exposed to the outside world for many years, so it will take time to adjust. In general you just have to grin and bare it; and wish you'd been circumcised many years sooner!
A friend of mine who had no phimosis but some frenulum breve (only significant on full erection) was wearing normal clothes from the moment the operation finished. He was walking about normally and even enjoyed a week's holiday sightseeing immediately after getting circumcised.

Sensitivity will reduce. I'm almost 1 year and still left some area to desensitize further to a comfort level. Swelling is still visible and will take time to recover completely. I have been listening to subliminal audios to help reprogram my subconscious mind with my penis desensitization and healing, it works perfectly and it takes patience and time.

So I’m now around 6 week on from circumcision, for anyone that’s worried about sensitivity it gets better! I can go about my day to day life fine now, one thing I have noticed is I ejaculate VERY far, not sure if anyone else has had this after?
