I got circumcised 3 years ago and at first my sensitivity like all of us post-circumcision was through the roof after recovering and I have noticed that my sexual performance has been severely affected
I have a girlfriend and I can easily get aroused enough to get an erection but if she tries to stimulate my penis through her hands or orally, I can’t really feel much and during sex I can’t really feel much so that affects my erection and it soon becomes flaccid
Worst thing is, when I am masturbating I can stay erect and ejaculate
What can I do to help restore my loss of sensitivity and be able to orgasm or ejaculate during sexual intercourse or oral pleasure?

It's about the worst side affect of circumcision and it's not that uncommon. I regrew my foreskin and a lot of the sensitivity came back and was able to have normal sex again. And that was after 60 years of circumcision. It takes along time, but it can be done. In the short term there are sleeves you can buy and use until you have regrown your foreskin. Canada and the UK make these, but they are both very different. You can look them up on the internet. For instructions for regrowing your foreskin, go to norm.org. This is the national organization for restoring men.
I'm sorry to hear about your negative outcome. Unfortunately, the exposed glans becomes more numb and less sensitive over time. Several friends use daily moistureizers (i.e., coconut oil) to ward off the dryness. Also, masterbation without lubricant should be avoided as it adds to the glans's dissensitation.
Hi Man, sex is 90% in the brain and 10% friction. The minute you start thinking 'I won't cum' then you won't. The fact that you're fine with masturbation means there's nothing physically wrong. Maybe she needs to be a little rougher with it? In my experience some women treat it like it will snap off if they are too rough! Good luck
